Ordinance No. 20-2009 - Pursuant to Chapter 163.3177 F.S. an ordinance of the City to review the five (5) year schedule of capital improvements by amending the Capital Improvements Element of the City of Deltona Comprehensive Plan, thus providing for the replacement of the Comprehensive Plan Capital Improvements Projects worksheets.
B. BP09-001 Deltona Village ICC - The City of Deltona has received a request to amend the Official Zoning Map from A-Agriculture (Activity Center) & I-Industrial (Activity Center), to Business Planned Unit Development (BPUD) for a +/- 160 acres site. Location: 3000 Graves Avenue. Applicant: CADJAZZ Engineering Consultants. Ordinance No. 21-2009
C. FSP09-006 - The City of Deltona has received a Final Site Plan application for a +/-9,200 SF Family Dollar retail store to be located at 951 Doyle Rd. Applicant: McVay-Wood Eng.
