Ordinance No 15-2009 - An Ordinance of the City of Deltona, Florida, replacing Code of Ordinances subpart b, Land Development Code, Chapters 70 through 110, with a new Unified Land Development Code; replacing the existing Official Zoning Map of the City of Deltona with a new Official Zoning Map, depicting the new zoning classifications referred to within the Unified Land Development Code, amending Code of Ordinances Section 14-3, Prohibited Animals, paragraph (b)(4), by changing the reference from RR zoning to RE-5 zoning; amending Article 5, Garage Sales, section 22-150, by changing the references from A-1, A-2, A-3, RA, RR, R, and R-1 through R-5 zoning classifications to A, RE-5, RE-1, R-20, R-10 and R-6 zoning classifications; providing for a transition period; providing for conflicts, codification, severability and an effective date
