ORDINANCE NO. 13-2009: An ordinance of the City of Deltona, adopting the City's Water Supply Facilities Work Plan and amending the text of the Comprehensive Plan including changes to the Future Land Use, Infrastructure, Conservation, Intergovernmental Coordination, and Capital Improvements Elements to comply with Florida Statute requirements regarding the Water Supply Facilities Work Plan.
