FIRE LOSS MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Our division handles fire and arson investigations, periodic life safety inspections of both home based and commercial businesses, fire code violations, land development review of new construction projects and plans review and construction inspections for all commercial buildings, including interior renovations, fire suppression systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, burn permits, tent permits, underground and aboveground tank installations, as well as many other life safety issues. 

Fire Loss Management must be contacted for required Construction and Fire/Life Safety Systems inspections at (386) 575-0306.  An inspection checklist is included with the plans review of the project which indicates which inspections are required by Fire Loss Management.

ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE TURNED INTO THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DIVISION FOR PROCESSING AND PERMITTING.

It is a violation of FS.553.79 & 633.0215, to perform work without a proper permit.

We encourage all Contractors to contact the Fire Loss Management Division prior to submitting plans if they have any questions concerning code requirements.
