Payment Information Paying your Deltona Water bill is easy Deltona Water knows that convenience is a necessity. To help our customers save time, we make it easy to access and manage your account either in person, over the phone, or online. Please note that any on-line payments received by Deltona Water will be credited the next business day.
Pay online or over the phone PAY MY BILL Deltona Water offers the convenience of paying with your Visa or Mastercard (or checkcard with these logos). You may either pay online or over the phone with our Customer Service Center at (386) 575-6800. If paying over the phone, be sure to have your account information and your credit card number ready. We currently cannot accept checks or debit cards online or over the phone. If paying online, please click the PAY MY BILL button above.
Automatic Bill Pay Do you want to be able to pay your water bill without writing a check and waiting in line at the Post Office? Well you don't have to with Deltona Water's Automatic Bill Pay. Simply complete and mail in the Automatic Bill Pay Sign-up Form and leave the rest to us. Your bank account will automatically be debited each month for your monthly utility charges. (Please note that if you had this service with Florida Water Services, you will have to re-apply with Deltona Water.)
Pay your bill by mail Of course, if you have stamps handy, you can use the return envelope provided and mail your payments to: Deltona Water, P.O. Box 8501, Deltona, FL 32728-8501 Please make checks or money orders payable to CITY OF DELTONA. Be sure to include your payment stub so your account is credited. Do not mail cash.
Pay your bill in person Deltona Water offices are located at 255 Enterprise Road, Deltona and are open Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m to 4:30p.m. and 8:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. on the 3rd Friday of each month. Payments may be made by cash, check or money order (payable to City of Deltona), credit or debit/ATM card. See the contact page for our holiday schedule. We will be closed from 11:00 to 2:00 on Wednesday, November 18th so that we can attend the Thanksgiving Celebration at City Hall.
Drop your payment in our Drop Box A drop box is available for your convenience at the Deltona Water offices located at 255 Enterprise Road, Deltona, FL. The drop box is accessible after hours and weekends. Payments placed in the Drop Box after 7:30 a.m. will be credited the next business day.
