        A.  Resolution No. 2009-22, Establishing the tentative proposed millage rate for the levy of
              ad valorem taxes for FY 2009/2010.

        B.  Resolution No. 2009-21, Establishing Preliminary Annaul Rate - Streetlighting Services
              for FY 2009/2010.

        C.  Resolution No. 2009-20, Establishing the Preliminary Annual Rate Resolution - Solid 
             Waste Services for FY 2009/2010.

         D.  Resolution No. 2009-19, Establishing Preliminary Annual Assessment Rate -
               Stormwater Utility Services for FY 2009/2010.

NOTE: If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
