*A. Request for approval to piggyback Volusia County's Price Agreement for DSDS, Inc. dba XCalibur Supply - Cleaning Supply. 


8. ORDINANCES AND -PUBLIC HEARINGS:

A. Public Hearing - Ordinance No. 12-2009, Amending the Future Land Use Map by changing the designation of approximately 120 acres from County Forestry Resource and County Agricultural Resource to City Low Density Residential and Conservation, all generally located northeast of Pine Ridge High School; amending the Future Land Use Element of the City of Deltona's Comprehensive Plan by adding Goal 4, Objective R, and Policy R1 to address the development on individual properties within the City; and addressing the Florida Department of Community Affairs' Objections, Recommendations, and Comments Report regarding the Future Land Use Map amendment, for second and final reading.

9. OLD BUSINESS:

A. Request for Renewal of Facility Use Agreement - Deltona Youth Soccer Club (tabled October 5, 2009).

B. Request for Approval of Facility Use Agreement - Deltona Adult Soccer League (tabled October 5, 2009).

10. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Discussion re: Sign restrictions related to home occupations (Requested by Commissioner Deyette).

B. Resolution No. 2009-39, Declaring the official intent of the City of Deltona to support the Local Transport Option Bill as presented by State Representative Dwayne Taylor.

C. Request for waiver of application fees and currently held escrow fees for submittal for Phases 1A, 1B, 1C, and 2 - Deltona Village BPUD, Deltona Retail Holdings, LLC.

D. Discussion and direction pertaining to the proposed four (4) lane improvement of SR 415.

E. Request for approval of Budget Amendment to Purchase 27 Multi-Functional Machines.
