Minutes prior to those listed above may be viewed in the City Clerk's Office located in City Hall, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. MEMBERSHIP: The Committee shall consist of seven members who shall reside within the City limits of the City of Deltona and be appointed by the City Commission. TERM OF OFFICE: One year. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Advisory Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity only to make recommendations to the Parks and Recreation Department on parks and recreation projects, programs, or activities. STAFF LIAISON: City’s Parks & Recreation Director.
