The course is held every Saturday for four weeks and each session requires hands-on, interactive training. Enforcement Services - (386) 878-8100 The Department of Enforcement Services is responsible for enforcing all regulatory chapters of the City Code enacted by the City Commission to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Deltona. The department includes Animal Control, Code Compliance and Solid Waste Compliance divisions.
